Stand-Up Burgers has based our burger restaurant franchise training on our 26 years of experience in the industry. You can rest assured that you’ll have the knowledge you need to hit the ground running and the exuberance to keep running.
When you join Stand-Up Burgers, we’ll invite you, your Operating Principal, General Manager, and up to 2 Lead Crew personnel to our company headquarters in Culver City, California, to attend initial training. The training program spans 4 weeks, where we blend classroom instruction with hands-on training, remote training, and/or a self-study program.
