We’ve taken the time to develop our franchising process to give new owners a clear understanding of the business and experience a smooth transition into ownership.
Step 1: Contact us. You can use our simple Request More Information form or give us a call on the number listed on our Contact Us page. One of our franchise development representatives will be in touch to talk to you more about your qualifications and answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: Due diligence. If it’s a good fit for both of us, we’ll provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). In this document, you’ll have a chance to review all of the detailed information about our opportunity, your responsibilities, and what you can expect from us. We encourage prospective franchisees to review the document with legal counsel if they require further clarification.
Step 3: Discovery Day. We’ll invite you to meet our leadership team and attend a Discovery Day at our headquarters. Here, you’ll be able to learn more about our company culture and build rapport with us before joining our partnership.
Step 4: Agreement review and signing. You’ll be presented with your franchise agreement after Discovery Day, and once you sign and pay the initial franchise fee, we can get started on your restaurant!
Step 5: Site location. We’ll help you locate or evaluate potential locations with a set of criteria that we’ve established for restaurant success.
Step 6: Design and buildout. After you’ve found your location, we’ll provide you with the specifications for your restaurant to ensure it’s up to our brand standards. As planning, construction, and permitting are happening, you’ll attend our initial training program.
Step 7: Initial training. Attending training is crucial before opening. We provide 6 weeks of training that covers operations, orientation, kitchen training, equipment training, and more.
Step 8: Business grand opening. Once you have all of your insurance, licenses, certificates, and permit requirements met, we’ll come to your store to provide on-site training and marketing support for your grand opening, and get your business up and running!
